It’s been quite a while that Anastasia Beverly Hills has released her Contour Kit. I’m pretty sure everyone and their mothers have heard about this palette. I, for one, had the opportunity to purchase this back in January at the IMATS show in LA. For some reason after watching a horrendous line at the ABH booth, I had finally walked up to the counter and simply passed on it. I’m not sure why, but I did, and it has been haunting me since. Bronzing is one of my favorite things to do, why not purchase a special palette for such things? Who knows, but recently Sephora decided to launch this palette for a very VERY limited time, but only after you sign up for an email announcing the kit’s release. So I wait, and then forget I signed up. Alas, Wednesday the 16th, I receive an email saying “Yo, the palette’s for sale now”! Not exactly in those words, but of course I rush to Sephora.com and behold. Of course I order it, I think I’ve procrastinated long enough. Ding! “Thank you for your purchase” says Sephora, “You’re welcome, you money taking pit of wonderfulness,” I say, as I sigh from not really needing more makeup, but woe is me and these problems I encounter. I kid you not, this palette was out of stock probably 20-30 minutes after I ordered. Barbarians I tell you! So now I wait. I wait for this to reach my door, and on to my face. A review you ask? But of course, what person would I be to not grant thee public this “much needed” assessment of this palette.
Well, that was a lot of useless banter, just to say: stay tuned for a review of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit.
Until next time….
